I'd like to change the e-mail address in my profile, since I'm dropping that account. I tried to change it some time ago with awful ressults (I was deleted from the forum, and Mel had to help me come back), so I'm scared of messing it up again. When it says "current password" and "new password", r we talking about the password to the forum or my e-mail account's password? Thanx  !

agos you don't need to enter anything for the passwords if your just changing your email address.
You only enter a new password if you want to change your password 
So just leave those fields blank and should have no probs! |

When I change my email address, it says that the current password doesn't match the one in the database...

again, you only put "current" password in if you want to change your password.
when you change your password, you put in your current password, then the new password.
If you want to change your email ONLY change your email address.......leave the other fields blank |
